Equality Mental Health is dedicated to providing assessible, affordable and culturally competent mental health services. We accept most insurance plans and offer our services on a sliding scale, based on eligibility and scheduling availability.
EMH currently accepts many insurance plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions.
- Do I have outpatient mental health/behavioral health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much does my plan cover for an in-network provider and an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my co-pay or co-insurance for each session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Co-pays are due at the time of service. You will be expected to pay for the portion of your fee that insurance does not pay.
